Every parent believes their child is the next Picasso, but what if you could see work from kids who actually went on to become professional artists and support a good cause at the same time? ProjectArt is hosting “My Kid Could Do That – The Miami Edition” on Friday March 15 at 7:00 pm at the Moore Building in Miami’s Design District.

MOORE BUILDING, 191 NE 40th Street, Miami

This benefit will feature childhood artwork from 25 Miami artists, including Mark Handforth, Harmony Korine, Michele Oka Doner, and Jen Stark, along with a silent auction of contemporary work by Jose Alvarez, Hernan Bas, Luis Gispert, Elsa Hanson Oldham, and many more.

You’ll even get the chance to support local youth artists and performers. ProjectArt Miami students will be providing portraits of guests, and live performances from YoungArts finalist Nyah Hardmon and Miami youth choir “The Children’s Voice Chorus” are also included.

A Miami event wouldn’t be complete without some delicious Cuban flavor. Miami’s own La Trova will providing Cuban-inspired food and coffee.

Help celebrate and support ProjectArt’s mission to provide free art classes to youth in underserved neighborhoods without access to arts education.
