How long have you been an active real estate broker?
17 years
What had a major impact on your success in 2022?
My trademark #StepInsideWithMe social media series that continues to give my properties unmatched global exposure, and my creative marketing that included targeting New Yorkers in Manhattan and the Hamptons with a #MoveToMiami bus campaign and a fun campaign greeting people upon arrival at Miami’s private airport.
What is on the top of your goal list for 2023?
To close a $100 million sale. My listing at 355 Ocean Blvd in Golden Beach is likely to be it.
What will be the biggest challenge this coming year?
Selling land because construction costs are still very high.

How long have you been an active real estate broker?
I have been a license real estate agent with Douglas Elliman for around 6 ½ years now.
What had a major impact on your success in 2022?
I would say building a team, as well as finally hiring an assistant. It has helped me become more organized as well as allowed me to focus on the bigger deal. Having a team has allowed me to service more people than I could on my own. I lean on my team for so much. They are the backbone of my success.
For 2023, what is on the top of your goal list?
My goal is to double my sales volume for the team, and to continue breaking into the ultra-luxury market. I also would like to break the $50M sales mark for a property. I recently put a new construction condo under contract for $40M+, a huge achievement! I am always dreaming bigger and pushing the envelope.
What will be the most difficult challenge this coming year?
I think the biggest thing will be having patience, and not giving up on deals. I think 2023 will be a more normalized market, people are not used to that. Many agents in the current market did not have to work. They felt deals would just come if something did not work out. I don’t see that happening across the whole market anymore. We are coming back down to normal market where you have to work for the deal, have to work for the listing and be the best agent you can be. So many people are not used to that because they have not experienced a normal market or have become spoiled to what the 2020-2021 years were like.

Have had licensee 22 years but 100% active for last 3 years
My network of clients very much relies on my ties to NY as that’s where I grew up, so keeping those relationships close is crucial.
Most importantly I stay active outside of the traditional office and spend hours on the water with existing clients and new clients paddle boarding / kitesurfing around Miami which allows me to give them a different view of this amazing city.
Much of my business in 2022 has been focused on the Buy side of the Buisiness both Residential and Commercial. As we near 2023 my business is already increasing on the Listing Side and I am setting my sights on that side of the business this upcoming year.
