On The Water with Clients and For Charity: Morgan Blittner
Morgan Blittner grew up in Rockaway Beach, NY and began his real estate career in the late ’90s in the Chelsea area of New York. He would find owners who were willing to sell, and worked with an investment group that specifically focused on bringing in Art Galleries.
After working on commercial investments, he later joined his family’s brokerage, Blittner Realty which owned some of the most Iconic Buildings and Hotels in NYC including The Hotel Empire, George Washington Hotel, and Masters Apartments (the tallest building on the Westside at the time).
Morgan has worked with Charity Water through Paddleboard events that he has organized over the years called Paddle 4 People.
What Made You Move to Miami?
I attended the University of Miami 21 years ago and Later joined Brown Harris Stevens Miami Beach Office. I love the outdoors here in Miami, specifically the Ocean and Watersports.
What Are Your Favorite Neighborhoods?
Venetian Islands, Sunset Islands, North Bay Road
Where Do You Like to Take Your Clients Visiting Miami?
If I have the chance the best place with a client is out on the water paddleboarding, and possibly a kite surfing session. If it is a lunch meeting then The Surf Club in the four seasons.
What is Your Biggest Strength As An Entrepreneur?
I am passionate about what I do and am an extremely hard worker.
What is The Biggest Challenge Now for Buyers?
The current market is extremely strong, therefore competition for properties is the biggest challenge, and very often times a full-price offer will not cut it.

My Father

Never hesitate, and always go with your gut, I have learned the hard way on this.
