Where Are You Originally From?

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to Miami in 2001. I grew up with that Spanish love for family, sports, culture and real estate.

What Do You Love Most About Miami?

I love the diversity of culture and the unique aspect of living in a city that is growing every year. Living in Miami feels like you are a tourist in your own city. I love to show my family from Argentina around the Magic City and go from Brickell to Wynwood and to South Beach.

How Has Social Media Contributed to Your Success As A Realtor?

Social media, especially Instagram, has made a huge impact on my business career,  my first million-dollar sale was a direct result of a 5-minute walk-through I posted for my listing at 1905 S Oak Haven Cir.

The power of social media gives us realtors the advantage of reaching out to clients from Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, France, USA, all from our phones at no extra cost.

I can say it is not an easy journey but all of the hard work is beginning to pay off, my most memorable moment was selling my first million-dollar home: 1905 S Oak Haven Cir.

The market is seeing more local buyers from New York or Los Angeles, however, my buyers are mostly from Argentina and Brazil.

What is The Biggest Challenge for Buyers?

The biggest challenge I see for buyers is making sure they buy at the right timing. In real estate, as we all know timing is let and the longer you hold real estate the higher the land will evaluate. I recommend my clients, buyers, to move forward on their purchase when they are comfortable as well as when the prices are fair for their own interest of resale value.

What’s Your Favorite Property Currently on The Market?

My favorite property on the market is the Ritz Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach because it has the best attention to detail and service that any client can ask for.
