There has been a lot of buzz on social media about the video with Carole Baskin inviting you to the open house at 6261 SW 80th St, and when we arrived were impressed not only by the spectacular home but by the incredible turnout and great energy among the people.
Karl Hueck and Luis Dominguez are not doing things the way everyone else is doing it, they think outside the box and take creativity to another level.
With over 100 agents attending the open house, we asked Karl besides for having Carole Baskin in his promo video what does he think got so many people to come to his open house he said “Energy, it’s all about the energy you put out there and people can feel ours. Luis and I have made it a point to make our events fun and entertaining. We always try to take the event to another level, we have hired ballerinas, golf instructors, tennis coaches, musicians, luxury car companies, and many more features. Agents know that our launch events are not to be missed. We also spend time personally inviting local agents and top producers”.
He was inspired to do the Carole Baskin video during the pandemic. “We wanted to host local agents during a time where in-person events were not ideal. From there we decided to invite a few celebrities to help us host, Carole Baskin was a great sport, her cameo resonated with almost everyone. Ended the film with a rooaarrrrr!!!!!” says Karl.
