What was the most meaningful deal you closed in 2021?

I am super proud of finding a forever home in Miami for a good friend of mine. My client and I explored all of his options in Miami and finally found and locked down the perfect spot for him to start his new life here! It was extremely rewarding. We work tirelessly together; evaluating all of his options and worked together to land the ideal space to cater to his new Miami lifestyle

What are your top 3 places to show clients a good time in Miami?

I like taking them to Socialista, The Standard, and obviously the beach.

What is the biggest challenge you see buyers nowadays facing?

The biggest challenge I see buyers facing right now is the competitive market. The real estate market in Miami is extremely competitive; if you don’t move quickly your dream property will be snatched up by another buyer. That’s why I am here to help; I am constantly looking for new properties and encouraging my clients to make the right moves to get deals done in their favor.

Who has been your biggest inspiration?

Reid Heidenry; Reid has welcomed me onto his team at One Sotheby’s International Realty with open arms and has graciously shown me the ropes in the industry. He has inspired me to integrate my own style into real estate and utilize my personal strengths to progress in my career.

What is the biggest lesson you learned from a mistake?

The biggest lesson I learned from a mistake was not encouraging my client strong enough to make an offer immediately for a property I knew they wanted. They waited a long time before coming to their final decision. By the time we reached back out
the seller had already accepted another offer.

Tell us a personal habit of yours that contributes the most to your success?

Hard work, perseverance and desire to stay connected. I am dedicated to finding each and every client of mine exactly what they are looking for and I will not give up until they are fully satisfied.

What are some design and feature trends you see forward-thinking developers implementing?

Continuing to follow modern design trends but integrating unique design features; straying from “cookie-cutter” modern styles. By incorporating these unique design features they set properties apart to make the house a home.

Name a book that had the greatest impact on your life?

The Bible. Because it has given me guidance, the strength of character, and spirit.

You are active on social media, how has it contributed to your success as a realtor?

Social media has contributed to my success by informing my followers about the beautiful opportunities in Miami. My favorite thing is when future clients reach out about properties I promote. In this way I am able to establish a relationship with them to help them find the perfect place.

What is the biggest mistake you have seen luxury buyers make when purchasing a residential property?

Limiting their vision without exploring all of their options. Too often I observe buyers new to Miami thinking they know exactly what they want without being fully informed on all that Miami has to offer. I love to show my clients all the possible properties that would best suit their lifestyles.

What is your highest recent sale?

$2,400,000.00

If you were not working in Real Estate, what would you most likely be doing?

If I wasn’t working in real estate I would be primarily be modeling. I currently work as a model while I am working as a real estate broker. Staying busy is my passion.  I find that the connections I make in both industries work hand in hand.

Name an agent you closed a deal with that was incredible to work with?

Danny Hertzberg because he was incredibly helpful and professional. He was continuously supportive and I look forward to wor
king with him again!

What is the best piece of advice you have received?

There is no ceiling that exists on what a client wants. Often times clients don’t know what they want because they aren’t aware yet of the possibilities in the blossoming market in Miami.
