Originally from Buenaventura, Colombia; Daniela Rendon lived in Spain for 6 years before moving to Florida. Miami has been her home for the last 13 years. She loves the great weather and enjoys taking her visiting friends and clients to places like Joia Beach, Mila Restaurant, and Anatomy Midtown.
Inspired by her late friend Landy De Los Santos, Daniela started her real estate career in 2015. She has been crushing it selling luxury properties in Sunny Isles, Surfside and Downtown Miami. Daniela’s success is driven by her strong faith and her persistent “never give up” mindset.
What is the most memorable experience in your career?
It would have to be the time I had a 17 million dollar penthouse sale. I remember inviting my friend and buyer agent, Clara Verano, to visit me along with her clients to have them preview one of the listings I had through the developer I used to work for. Initially, it was for her clients to be inspired and grab ideas to decorate their brand new PH. Well – they came and fell in love with my company’s listing. They bought it! It was simply perfect.
What is a deal you did in 2021 that you are super proud of and why?
It would have to be the rental deal at The Mansions at Acqualina. It was the highest record rental at The Mansions at Acqualina.
What is the biggest challenge you see buyers nowadays facing?
Uncertainty of the real estate market and what lies ahead for them.

What are some design and feature trends you see forward-thinking developers implementing?
It would be a mix of three things: Technology. Digital marketing, Cryptocurrency, all of that good stuff!
How has social media contributed to your success as a realtor?
Tremendously, I have been able to separate from being just a developer and building my own brand. I love sharing my life, showing them that real estate is more than a career it’s part of my lifestyle. Doing business in this way becomes more fun.
Is there a non-profit or cause that you are involved in and is close to your heart?
Yes, that would be Monat Gratitude. I got involved thru another business, seeing the company have its own gratitude program within the company really inspired me to join. Our current goal is $1M over the next year to help narrow the achievement gap in underserved communities around the world. Funds will be distributed through grants to eligible nonprofit organizations across the country to allow them to create and execute transformational projects that support and nurture youth education, recreation, and culture. What is the biggest mistake you have seen luxury buyers make when purchasing a residential property?
Purchasing at non-competitive prices and not considering reselling values.
Are you seeing more local or out-of-town buyers?
I am definitely seeing more out-of-town buyers.

For now, it would have to be that 17 million dollar penthouse. Hopefully, my next one will be bigger.

It would be Network Marketing. I am currently doing both now.
